Services

We not only promise to deliver beautiful landscaping, but that you will never have to worry about clean-up. We leave every site immaculate. You can spend more time with your family and friends, we do the work!

Our Services Include:

Free Estimates
No two properties are the same. We don't believe in one price fits all, because we won't skimp on your service. We provide accurate, realistic, and honest estimates. Some prices can be given over the phone, but we prefer to look. Some services can be priced by quantity, others by the hour.

Lawn Maintenance (Weekly Grass Service)
Professionally manicuring of your property with state of the art equipment.  Weekly service includes mowing, trimming, edging and blowing off all clippings. Bagging clippings is optional.

Weed Removal
We will hand pull weeds from your garden beds. Depending on the surrounding plants, we may be able to spray certain areas, but pulling is what most clients prefer. A good mulch barrier helps keep weeds from returning.

Spring Cleanups
Over the winter, debris and leaves may accumulate throughout your landscape beds. Our spring cleanup is very popular and primarily includes pruning perennials and ornamental grasses, then removing winter debris and leaves. We can include pulling early weed growth if you'd like. This is the first step before bed edging and mulching.

Premium Hardwood Mulch Installation
We will professionally supply and install mulch for you. We ensure the correct depth for your landscaping. We usually spread mulch at a 2-3" depth, depending on your existing layer of mulch, new landscape beds require more mulch over beds that have already been mulched in the past. Some clients prefer mulching twice per year. Our mulch is brought in from the southern states so it has a darker color to it unlike locally made mulches.

Garden Bed Shovel Edging
A nice crisp edge along your landscape beds allows for easier mulching, mowing and string trimming. Once an edge is in place, it can be kept up on a weekly basis with a string trimmer. Beds should be edged annually, as rain and snow will break it down over a year. Please advise us of any underground cables or dog fences.

Garden Bed Cultivation
We can refresh your landscaping by turning existing mulch or soil to create a fresh look. This also helps beds breath and lets in more moisture for your plants to grow. Most clients have us do this as mulch fades color.

Fall Clean Ups
Hate raking leaves or hauling debris? Leave it to us. We can put leaves to the curb or haul them away to a recycling facility by the truckload. We use high power blowers, rakes and mowers with baggers. We can also cleanup fallen branches. Disposal rates apply per cubic yard of waste hauled away.

Bush & Tree Trimming (up to 10ft)
We will leave your bushes looking beautiful and designed just how you like. One customer best described the trimming as a "work of art" and said our staff was like a "crew of artists" perfecting each shrub. We also haul all the clipplings away and recycle them.

Aeration / Dethatching
We can help your lawn be beautiful by aerating and or dethatching your soil so that water can reach the root.

Fertilizing & Weed Control
We use only the finest fertilizers to achieve beautiful results.

Snow Plowing and Salting
We offer commercial snow plowing and salting at this time. We contract this work on a bid by bid basis.

Weekly Lawn Maintenance Scheduling, Terms and Conditions

Service Day & Time:

We mow Monday through Saturday, and some Sundays. Our crews are in certain
areas on certain days, so you will be assigned a specific mow day. Our crews follow
the same route each week, so you will notice they will arrive about the same
times. Our crews sometimes work until dark, so if your yard is not mowed by 5 PM,
do not worry. If you have certain time limits that you wish us to follow please advise us.

Holidays:

One of our top priorities is to show up on the designated mow day. So, we must ignore
holidays if they fall on a Monday through Saturday. Since we have over 100 yards on
the schedule, there is no way we can skip a day & then catch up. If you want us to skip
until your next scheduled mow, please email us or give us a call at least 48 hours in
advance.

Rain days:

We try to finish our routes unless it is pouring rain all day, in which case, we push the
balance of the weeks schedule 1 day or a half day. This is a strictly scheduled service, and we rely
on you to call/email to skip if you think it is too wet to mow. However, if you skip, the mow will
not be re-scheduled, so the grass will get tall and we will have to bill you for extra time, so we
urge you to let us mow it wet. We have lighter mowers compared to other companies,
so they will not leave huge ruts in your lawn. The grass may be matted down and look
muddy but it will pop back up after the next mowing or two. Grass is very tolerant.

Mowing Season:

Our mowing season generally starts the 3rd week in April and ends the 3rd week in November.
Other years it goes from the first week of April till Thanksgiving, it all depends on temperatures.

Communication:

We prefer to receive requests from this site which is monitored not only during
business hours, but many of the after business hours. Email messages allow us time
to review your property if you are not a customer; or your account if you are a customer.
We usually reply quicker than you would expect.
